Celebrate the Kona Coffee Festival!

Kona coffee is essential when you live on the Big Island.

It’s that time of year again when those who live on the Big Island celebrate Kona coffee. Located in the heart of the Holualoa Village, visitors and residents can enjoy a combination of great coffee and an art stroll where you can take in all of the beautiful creations by local artists. This festival is one of the reasons people are eager to look at homes for sale in Kona.

Sample Delicious Kona Coffee

One of the attractions of Holualoa real estate is the delicious Kona coffee. In fact, many coffee connoisseurs find Kona coffee to be among the best in the world. When you attend the Kona Coffee Festival, you will be able to try unique Kona coffee blends from more than 30 different farms throughout the area. Once you’ve tasted them all, you can vote for your favorite. The winner is announced at the end of the festival.

An Amazing Art Display

In addition to enjoying the best of Kona coffee, visitors to the festival can take in an amazing display of art, much of which has been created by the local artists. Holualoa is known as an artist community. The art galleries and shops taking part in the festival are open for visitors from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.

The Kona Coffee Festival is a great event on the Big Island.

Cost of the Event

This year, the Kona Coffee Festival will take place on November 7, 2015. Admission to the festival costs $3 for the festival button, which grants you access to the art displays and coffee tastings. Free parking is available near the Holualoa Ukulele Gallery.

Capture the Essence of the Big Island

For those who live on the Big Island, Kona coffee is a local treasure. Whether individuals are visiting the area or live there, the Kona Coffee Festival is a great time to enjoy some great coffee and check out the unique pieces created by local artists. It is also a great way to support local artists, as well as the farmers who work hard to grow the famous Kona coffee beans.

Holualoa is home to many local artists and is located right in the heart of the Kona coffee region. This makes it an ideal location for the Kona Coffee Festival. With November quickly approaching, this festival will be here soon.
