Kealakekua is located between Captain Cook and Honalo, between the Mamalahoa bypass road and highway 11. It stretches up into the mountain slightly with residential properties dotted across the hillside. The main interest is along the bypass road, where residential streets wind through smaller neighborhoods, luxurious homes, beautiful views, and spacious homesites. Although Kealakekua is primarily between these two major highways, it is a gateway to several luxury communities such as Hokuli’a, nestled on the west side of Highway 11 overlooking the beautiful coastline.
Homes closer to Highway 11 are in a smaller subdivisions such as KeeKee and Kaela Plantation. These homes can start anywhere from $350,000 on up with homeowner association dues starting at about $25 per month.
